How it works

Three simple steps.

You send the form

Tell us who you are, your last day and why you are leaving. You get a reference number.

We check and confirm

We check open orders and payments. Then we email you a short Closure Confirmation with your last day and your final amount.

You reply "I agree"

Once you agree, your account is closed. Nothing stays open.

Your partner agreement says how much notice is needed. We will confirm your last day with you in step 2.

I am allowed to close this account on behalf of my business. I understand that SastaKhana will check open orders and payments first, and will then send me my final amount in the next Monday payment after my last day. I agree that SastaKhana may remove my business listings and photos from the app. When I receive the final amount shown in the Closure Confirmation, I will have no other claims against SastaKhana under our partner agreement.
